        This hotel has huge rooms, good facilities and offer great breakfasts. A shopping mall, eating places, a supermarket and a convenience store are located within walking distance. However we had the following issues during our 2 night stay 1) our check in took a long time as there was only 2 staff manning the front desk and their system couldn’t find our booking 2) we booked 3 rooms but they didn’t clean 2 of them when we returned from our shopping trip on the second day 3) the front desk staff couldn’t assist us in booking a shuttle to the airport even though their info screen at the check in counter showed the service is available at 360k rupiah 4) the room aircon is not working well. It’s way too warm

        Service was great & they react quickly to our requests. There were just a few small things: - We asked for baby cot, but in the first night we did not get it because they ran out of it. But they gave the baby cot for the 2nd night. Please prepare more baby cot stored to allow more families. - Our room had bad smells since check in. We raised the feedback and they tried to reduce the bad smell. But after some time, the bad smell keeps coming back. It's probably because of the old sewage system that needs to be drained. Please check the room again. - Due to sustainability reason, they did not provide any amenities by default. We had to request for it. But we only found out about this at a later point. It would be great to communicate this upfront (during check in) so we could be prepared to request for it earlier.

        I consider this hotel among my top choices for my family. The rooms are generously spacious, equipped with all necessary amenities, and even feature a relaxing bath tub. I particularly appreciate the fantastic facilities, including the delightful breakfast, the expansive swimming pool, and gym. Novotel Mangga Dua Square consistently exceeds my expectations.

        This hotel has huge rooms, good facilities and offer great breakfasts. A shopping mall, eating places, a supermarket and a convenience store are located within walking distance.         We had a slight delay with check in but other than that, our stay was fantastic. The room was very spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the service was great. The hotel is trying to be sustainable and reduce waste so there aren’t toiletries in the room, but you can call the front desk and ask for whatever you need. They are very helpful, friendly and obliging! Overall, 5/5 stay and would definitely stay here again.

        A good place for stay with your family to relax and enjoy yourself. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We've got an upgrade room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was beyond our expectations.
