        This room was extremely nice, comfortable, well-equipped, and maintained, especially considering its very reasonable price and good location in Liverpool. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was welcoming and lively. The one minor issue was I got charged on arrival in spite of paying online, but this was sorted out immediately when I checked out and asked about it. The room was really really lovely and if I ever return to Liverpool I am absolutely coming back to this hotel. And we had a great view!

        We arrived after a very long day of travelling, quite tired and quite late in the day. We were greeted extremely warmly to find we had been given a free room update. The room was wonderful and very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and the way we were looked after turned this from a place to crash for the night into a great experience. Thank you!

        My husband and I stayed for one night before a hospital appointment at the Liverpool Royal. The location was ideal and we found the hotel to be beautifully decorated with top quality, modern fixtures and fittings. The bed was so comfortable and we both slept amazingly well. The staff were very helpful, and I loved the relaxed feel to the reception. We will definitely stay again!

        Picked a family room as that’s the only one has a bath tub. The service is good. The restaurant is okay. My food has a frozen ravioli then they remade the dish and didn’t charge it. The buffet is basically British food, mushrooms, sausages, eggs, bread, etc. Have to walk more than 15min from the train station to the hotel.

        Stayed here for a few nights. The reception wasn't particularly friendly, but they were polite. The rooms were modern and comfortable. However, the TV only had a few channels to watch and for some reason was in dutch language and couldn't be changed? This was also true for another room too. The breakfast was good, and the staff worked hard to ensure everything was replenished. The hotel was very quiet in terms of soundproofing , despite being busy which was welcomed for a good nights sleep. Good stay, but hopefully the TVs can be adressed?
