Highly recommend the hotel. We stayed at one bedroom apt (40 m2) in Nov 2023 for 6 days. Two separate toilets (1 main and 1 only WC, also WC has build in shataf). It has Iron and iron board (also there is sharing Iron room on same floor), complete small kitchen, no terrace, all amenities, 2 TV, sliding doors between livingroom and bedroom, direct phone charging outlet on both side of bed. Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast. Small prayer room in the lobby, luggage storage.

hotel is very near to all service you want like coffee shops , restaurants, selling sim card, buying clothes ,mega mall, supermarket . room is suitable for 2 person only and if you booked room apartment it will be good for 2 adults and one child only . no one will carry your luggage but you can manage not big issue .water bottle is not available in room because they are following go green no more plastics . staffs are nice and have good manners .i highly recommend this hotel

This is one of the better hotels I have stayed in for a long time. A modern, clean, comfortable, well designed room (Studio room) and high tech, with a small kitchen (utensils, cups, plates, etc. provided), plus fridge and a microwave. The room has good air conditioning, a modern shower, a coffee maker with coffee capsules and a kettle with a selection of teas; the TV is big. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and cafés just a walk away and a short walk to the Arbat area. For the more adventurous, pay a visit to Oi-Qaragai Mountain Resort. Breakfast was good (continental style), but if you want a full English breakfast or more, use one of the outside cafés / restaurants close by. Drinking water is available in each hallway on every floor (not in the room), and a carafe is provided to fill with the drinking water. I did ask the cleaner for a second carafe, which was delivered straight away, for me portrayed the hotel service, i.e. reception, cleaners, etc., which was excellent throughout my stay. However, there is no iron or ironing board provided in the room, but an ironing room on each floor which annoyed me a little. However, the ironing room is well maintained with a couple of good irons, plus I did not have to use an iron with wires hanging out, i.e. a hazard, quite common in some hotels. You can always bring a good travel iron. My only issue was operating the high-tech room's wall control panel. An engineer was sent to my room for a demonstration over a few minutes as I could not find any operating instructions. Looking forward to my next stay in September.

The hotel location is excellent, the breakfast is excellent with variety of selections. The rooms are clean but very small, similar to that the toilets, the clean service is not that much good because many times they clean our room but not the wow cleaning, even the shampoo were finished and I needed 4 times to ask the receptionist to refill it. In general the hotel is very good. I was always enjoying my breakfast outdoor even though the weather is cold 😁

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
