        Had a beautiful stay here. The views from your room and bar are amazing. Staff are very helpful. We went during December so the rooftop bar was booked for a works do on one of the nights. Despite this the team still did their best to squeeze us in instead of a flat no, we were offered a table for an hour, which was really appreciative. For the price we paid and what was included, as well as the location we’d definitely return.

        This hotel is gorgeous! We were up on the 15th floor and had an amazing view! My ONLY complaint is the perfume used throughout the hotel is really strong; if you have a sensitive nose/allergies it might be an issue. You do get used to it but initially it hits like a brick. We had a bit of an issue with flights/arrival time but the hotel was able to accommodate our travel hiccup Otherwise, amazing stay. We were very comfortable and hope to stay again soon!

        We had a lovely 2 night stay last weekend. Rooms were very modern and clean. Staff members were also very helpful and kind when our suitcase broke just before the checkout time and we were given extra time to go out and quickly buy a new one. Special mention about Akif who is part of the reception team. From the second we arrived he was lovely and really took an interest in us having a pleasant stay. We will definitely be staying here again when we're next in London.

        I was tired on the first day of arriving and opted to dine at the hotel. I was hoping to dine in the restaurant, but was not given the opportunity and directed to the bar area. The service was slow and my order did not come as asked. The truffle mac & cheese was listed, which I ordered, as well as the pulled pork sandwich. The server brought me truffle chips and a piece of bread with a small amount of sauerkraut on the top. When I'd asked where the truffle mac & cheese was, he replied that they don't have that any longer. I was very disappointed that was not mentioned when I made the order. No concession was offered for the mistake. Additionally the bread had almost no pulled pork inside. It was dry and tasteless, so a very disappointing experience to start my stay. The breakfast was good the next day, but on Tuesday the rush in the morning made it very difficult to have any time to eat. Very long lines to get into the dining area and the lifts were terribly slow and crowed. It took over 10 minutes to get from the 38th floor to my room on the 14th. Then after getting my business belongings for the day, I waited over 10 more minutes to get the lift down and had to push my way into the lift or risk being further delayed. The room was clean, but small. There was no electric outlet in the bathroom which was inconvenient since I could not use the hairdryer in front of a mirror.

        Neat hotel. Good service and the rooms at the higher levels can have an amazing view. Rooms are clean and have all the comfort you would expect. Had some good night rest here, rooms were also quiet at night. If you need to stay at Canady Wharf this is a great hotel to stay. And don't forget to visit the top floor for your breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening.
