        I stayed her a couple of times. One of the best hotel in town. Very close to train station. Rooms very spacious with good amenities. Cleanliness in the room was just perfect. Front office and restaurant & bar staffs were really welcoming and friendly. Food & drinks were very good. Will be back soon.

        I was staying with my daughter and needed room with two beds. When we booked all that was available was room with bed & sofa bed - which we booked. When entered room - there was just queen size bed. Went back to reception to be told should have put we needed two beds in notes. Understandably hotel very busy due to horse show but having paid over £300 for a room, we would get what we booked for. Reception lady then said couldn’t move rooms but would ask housekeeping to put sofa bed in room. But you know when you have a feeling that something won’t happen. On returning to room after horse show at 11.00pm - there was no sofa bed as I don’t think the receptionist even asked as she felt it was our fault for not putting our need for two beds in notes. I went back to receptionist- the initial person who checked us in - Conrad. He was very apologetic and allowed us to change to a twin bed room on the same floor. Why this couldn’t have happened in the first place when I said we had booked a room with two beds as my 17 year old didn’t want to sleep in same bed as me and why should she when we had paid over £300 for a room with 2 beds. In our initial room I have no idea where the sofa bed would have fitted and I think the receptionist lady said it to fob us off. Conrad was very helpful and efficient in a very busy and trying evening for your staff. Please highlight this to him and give him my thanks.

        The rooms were great, clean and spacious. There were plenty of lifts and check in was easy however staff were incredibly rude to not only me ans my husband but other people in regards to parking and/or paying. Not giving clear explanations at all, one staff member we even saw hanging up the phone on someone several times trying to get assistance from the car park

        Nearly £300 for the pleasure of staying near event I attended New Year’s Eve. Room and furnishings were dirty, USB connections did not work and chipped crockery. Thank God I only used room to get ready in, return for a change of attire then get ready to leave. As the event finished late I was spared having to actually sleep in the bed, which I had already decided I wasn’t going to risk for fear of what I might catch. Best part of stay was showering, enjoying a decent breakfast then leaving.

        Stayed here Saturday night for an awards ceremony in the excel. Location was absolutely perfect for us. Reception was quick and clear checking us in and out. Our room was clean and comfortable and the mattress was lovely and firm, so we slept really well. The bar staff were really slow in the afternoon ( Saturday around 3pm) but the night time staff were better. Would definitely stay here again.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
