        We were quarantined in this hotel for 10 days and I am writing this review right before checking out tomorrow. The overall experience was great be it clean rooms, food of our choice, uninterrupted supply from the house keeping be it multiple requests of water, fresh linen or what not. However the overall the treatment from the each and every staff member was like the cherry on the top. They were very friendly, filled us with all information required and made us feel at home which is admirable especially when one is quarantined. Its difficult to name everyone but would like to express thank to the GM for keeping customer service at heart & having such commendable team, Arabella from front office for ensuring our comfort and special thanks to Rahim from F&B for being flexible with our food requirements and taking really good care like family. Please keep up the good work !

        The Hotel NOVOTEL Cherry Lane is a real gem! The view from the outside is inviting, on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.I must comment on Ms. Arabella from Reception. I had a small problem and she handled it with grace, charm and professionalism...Mr. Nelson at bar was fantastic. The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, my kids loved pancake and they enjoy making it by themself's and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable especially Mr. Rahim he is a credit to your organization. Gym was good didn't get much time to spend but next this i will surely. kids playing area was amazing... and the last but not least swimming pool its Worth for your money. The location of the hotel is great, The room we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to London Thank you Hotel NOVOTEL Cherry Lane for making our stay so special. Will surely visit again soon

        Booked for a wedding, almost a year in advance only to find that it has CLOSED to the public for Government contracts apparently! No email, no communication whatsoever! No refund and zero help or interest from the company AllAccor. Absolutely disgusting customer service. As regular travellers we will make a point of never booking with this company again!

        This hotel is amazing. No faults in my opinion. Stayed one night as we had a voucher but I’d pay to stay again 100% Food was hot, worth the money. When we arrived, the staff were lovely and helpful. There’s a pool table, Apple Macs for guests to use. Our room was just a perfect size. Bed was huge, sofa, tv(the range of things on the tv is brilliant) Me and my boyfriend loved it. Definitely recommend ❤️

        Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!
