We had a great time at Novotel London Tower Bridge. The hotel is located near Tower of London, next to a train station, and within walking distance to many places for sightseeing. The room is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is phenomenal. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this hotel.

I was looking forward to a great stay with my family for New Year's Eve. Instead, my stay was stressful, having come close to needing to leave despite having booked a 2 night stay over 9 months ago. My room was given to a member of my party; I was promptly informed that there were no rooms available, despite being given the room and having unpacked. The staff member was unprofessional and did not appear to know how to handle the situation, stating that my booking could not be found. I asked them to calm down on more than one occasion, and gave them email proof of my booking. After being informed that there weren't any rooms available, I was told that I did indeed have a room if I was prepared to repack and move to another floor. I had been found a "superior" room, which as it transpired was far from superior - a virtual carbon copy of the room I had left -and distinctly not value for money. I was told I could have twin single beds pushed together , as there weren't any Queen sized beds available.I did not expect as an accor member to be met with poor customer service, and to be so inconvenienced. Other members of my party experienced poor service also. The rooms are overpriced, and to my disappointment I found that I could not earn loyalty points having booked through a booking agent. I have given 2 points for the friendly housekeeping staff otherwise it would have been zero. I was sorely disappointed with the room; there wasn't any room in the wardrobe for longer garments. In addition, the cups, saucers and coffee machine were dusty; the kettle was dirty. Please think seriously before booking as there are much nicer hotels in the vicinity for the price paid. The only positive is the hotel location.

Great location, views of Tower bridge and the Tower of London! The hotel we clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. The staff were helpful and we ate and drank in the bar/restaurant which had a great atmosphere and the food was delicious! Would love to come back!

Have just had a 1 night stay here with our 2 children (aged 6 and 10). Had a beautiful family room with great amenities. Also had a bit of a view to Tower Bridge. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble, leaving bags before check in and after check out to make the most of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location for underground access and Tower Bridge.

I booked this for one of my business trips last month. Nice rooms and not very expensive as well. The Staff and service are very good with a great breakfast option. This hotel is very near to the Tower of London and tower bridge, but location is not so great if you are looking for a place to stay nearby market , restaurants and street food places etc. ( for this I would recommend you to book the hotels near Piccadilly / Oxford circus etc ) , as it would be difficult to find anything at a walkable distance from this hotel during the night. But they have a in-house bar and restaurant which is good and open till late.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
