Beautiful and clean Novotel. The front desk and guest experience staff is just superb. Good restaurant. Breakfast choices could slightly be improved. Maybe not centrally located but easy access by public transport.

Room was clean. Hotel was clean and has good facilities. Pool was a bit on the small side but we didn't really feel it. The room was a bit on the small side but then we were a family of 4 sharing. The staff were all amazing. Couldn't do enough for you. Thank you for a great stay.

Everything is great. The service is implecable and the staff are the most amazing people you can meet. The only minus is that there are no slippers in the standard rooms. They are available only for the executive ones. For a 4* hotel, I don't think it's fair. But overall, great location and people.

We enjoy our stay in the Hotel. The hotel is completely modern and safe. You only can access the rooms with the key/ room system. We came from California and only have one “adapter ” to plug everything cell phones, CPAP etc and this hotel have a dispenser right in the lobby. For $8 we got a double plug adapter for the European plugs. During breakfast my son decided to go to the fitnesses center every single machine works and was clean and nice. From the lobby they where so gentle and kind to make anothe key for him just with one call to the room. Totally recommend the breakfast nice variety and have a omelette chef. Our room, bathroom and facilities exceed our expectations.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area. Giving 4 stars due to the pool area being closed off. The temperature was consistent at over 19 degrees centigrade but they'd closed the swimming pool. We booked via Lastminute and it was showing swimming as available, that facility was a major factor in selecting our hotel...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
