Rooms are basic but perfectly adequate and clean. Shower is very powerful. Staff and service is great and the pool area is fantastic. Overall the hotel is an excellent location with walking access to both the medina and the modern, more luxurious amenities that the new town has to offer. Excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

Very good location. Street with nice restaurants, cafes and other hotels. Near also to old market. Service in hotel is fine. Hotel is rather old so standard is near to Ibis not Novotel. Same with breakfasts. Price is reasonable. 👍

Central location. Comfortable beds. Bathroom is fine but old. Breakfast not bad but lacking of fruits, and you need to ask for small spoons, tea cups, milk,...even if not many people at tge restaurant. Pool could not be used as not heated.

I cannot Recommend this hotel enough. The hotel is clean, organized, and very spacious: Wonderful hotel with excellent, attentive service and concierge. Great location for walking to jamaa el fna ..Gueliz..différents restaurants and cafes as well as other highly rated hotels nearby... Nice king bed very clean, excellent job tidying each day by room staff. The breakfasts are delicious( buffet with a lot of choice)..service very excellent...All the staff in the restaurant were wonderful! I want to give a very special mention to Imane (All personal in the reception very kind). We will without a doubt be returning to this hotel and making it our only hotel when we visit Marrakech!

The room is clean and proper however we find it too hot during the day given the sun shines in to the room almost the whole day and cooling AC is not turned on during the winter months. We have to leave the windows open. The room and toilet are a lil too dim.. overall not a deal breaker. Location is good, super near to LV, YSL and Dior!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
