Staff were excellent. Fantastic location. Restaurant was pricey, but very good. Room was quite cramped for two people, and the room service menu was a bit unpredictable.

Overall great hotel within close proximity to shops and restaurants in Central. Service was friendly and professional. We booked a double twin bedroom with nice city views. Good amenities except for one fault, we found that one of the bathroom towels had stains on it and should’ve been either bleached/washed properly or to be disposed and given fresh new towels, this should be noted for future hygiene purposes. Beds were okay not too comfortable as the thick blankets were too hot to sleep in. Depending on the type of room and layout you get, some can be limited to space and noises from adjacent rooms can be heard quite loud especially with the doors slamming. They have a 24/7 gym which was great! Valet parking per vehicle was $60 /night and we stayed for 3 nights which totalled to $180. This was a bit much in my opinion. Everything else was nice, thank you for the experience.

As soon as I pulled up into the temporary valet parking, I was greeted with a fine gentlemen with the highest level of service. I continued to receive this great service all throughout my stay, the staff was really accommodating. Will definitely being choosing Novotel again as it is a 2 minute walk from Melbourne Central Shops. Loved my experience.

The hotel facilities are well maintained, the environment is good, the rooms are slightly small, but given the location, it's understandable. This time it was for my parents, and they were very happy with their stay. This is not my first time booking Novotel Melbourne City Centre. It's fantastic.

Great location, close to restaurants and cafes. Rooms are comfortable and everything you need, a bit smaller than expected. Breakfast (buffet) just average.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
