Great location in the middle of The city. Concierge and front desk staff were all good to work with. A nice mix of professionalism and fun/ humour. We had a family room (two children, one parent and one grand parent). Every thought it was a spacious. The rooms are fine (a little dated) but most importantly it is clean with a floor I'm happy to walk bare foot on (bare foot test passed). Nice gym and pool (medium size)

Location and staff were amazing. The lobby area was fresh, modern & clean but that didn’t extend to the rooms. We had booked for 1 night for 2 adults & 1 child. Only two towels were provided, no spares in cupboards even though I had requested for a towel each on the booking. When we arrived in the room I immediately noticed food crumbs across the desk & suitcase bench like the cleaners had forgotten to wipe surfaces. After returning after dinner (late) we went to shower and found the mechanism to change from bath tap to shower was broken, making it difficult to have a shower. We also found that the body wash bottle was completely empty & no other soaps were provided besides the hand wash on the other side of the bathroom that couldn’t be moved. The refillable shower bottles had not been cleaned and the shower head was caked in white build up that could be scratched off, making me doubt if the shower was even cleaned at all - made me feel less than hygienic. Hairdryer did not work & we were given coffee pods but no coffee machine. When checking out I was told that I was charged the bond twice. Only 1 bond has been returned. I’ve called multiple times requesting receipts and still nothing has been emailed. Was left feeling disappointed.

An excellent mid city hotel central to everything. Our room was a junior suite, very spacious, excellent linen and bed. Service was also excellent. Valet parking recommended at extra cost. In house restaurant food was first class quality. Great friendly table service. We have stayed here before and enjoyed the facilities, pool,gym.

A very well located Hotel in the heart of Collins Street. Access for check in was difficult as the car park was hard to access and also the street parking at the hotel was minimal. Checked in with the friendly staff. Booking was incorrect as late check out that we had paid for was not included. The staff member gave us it as complimentary with no fuss. The rooms were spacious and clean with ample room for the family. Found the rooms comfortable and cosy. All items in room worked well. The room seemed updated or at least kept well. Dinner was nice and room service was fast and efficient. Dirty tray at door remained there the following day past 12 noon. Made the hallway look dirty. Breakfast was great and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food delicious, highlight of the hotel. Used the pool which was outdated. Broken tiles on pool floor, spa did not operate. Pool was cloudy. Bit disappointing. It was like an after thought and didn't looked well maintained. Checkout was fast and efficient with friendly helpful staff.

We had an incredible stay at your hotel! The location was simply unbeatable; being in the heart of everything made our trip effortless. With hundreds of restaurants nearby, Flinders Station a mere 5-minute walk away, and a supermarket just 3 minutes from the hotel, convenience was at our fingertips. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded our expectations, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment. Even though the swimming pool was small, it was perfect for keeping our two young kids entertained. The addition of the small spa was a delightful touch, allowing us to unwind while the kids had a blast. Thank you for an amazing experience—we'll definitely be returning and recommending your hotel to friends and family!
