        We stayed only one night, but we wished we had come earlier. The room was spacious and very clean, well organized and modern. The bathroom was great, good shower etc. They have some evening activities, and it was a good experience up in the rooftop. There is a happy hour Mon-Fri, 50% off on drinks and selected food. Also, the location is great, you can walk easily. Our room was close to the train, so there was some noise but nothing too disturbing. There is a supermarket nearby and also one in the hotel (the last one more limited). Will definitely be back! 😊

        It’s hard to argue with the number of five star reviews, but my experience was anything but. Although the room was reasonably nice, my neighbour left their dog in their room. The dog was distressed with significant barking and scratching at the door. When I asked management to address the issue, they told me it was a “pet-friendly” hotel. IMO this is completely fine provided guests aren’t inconvenienced. After a second visit, management found me an alternative room. When leaving, the parking lass wouldn’t let me exit the garage. It look three trips to the front desk before anyone was able to resolve the issue - about 45 minutes of back and forth before I could leave for the airport. The staff seemed genuinely eager to help, and were friendly despite the circumstances, but very slow to act and seemingly unable to communicate with each other to resolve problems. It’s a good location and nicely appointed rooms for the money, but dysfunctional staffing.

        Great vibe. Was seeking a high vibe place and this was it. Service was great. Everything was done quickly. Great location. Here's the one thing that annoyed me. To get room service, not only do you pay a bunch for the food, you pay 18% gratuity AND a $6 delivery fee. To your room!! I thought that was absurd. You would think when you pay over $200 a night, and you're paying an 18% tip for nothing more than delivery, can't the hotel afford to have someone bring your avocado toast to your room? To me this kind of model is a form of price gouging, essentially on customers who probably have so much money that they don't even care, so I can't blame the hotel. But for those of us who are tracking our expenditures on additional 5 to $10 costs, having and additional delivery fee on top of the food cost and the high gratuity was just distasteful. Otherwise it was good though 🙂 great place to stay!

        First and foremost I want to say we enjoy staying here and the area. This was our second stay. When I booked online the price quoted was $339. For a 2 queen bedroom for 4 people. When I checked my credit card statement we were charged $439. I have reached out to 3 different people via email not one response. My husband called and we were informed we were being charged $20 extra dollars per person so guessing an extra $60. No where in the entire booking process did it say anything about an up charge per person. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel for future stays. Like I said hotel is great. Just don’t like surprise charges at the end of stay.

        This would be the ideal stay but there was no refrigerator. The furniture, pillows were dirty and they wanted to charge me five dollars for a toothbrush. The remote for the curtains in the bedroom did not work and when I called for assistance no one showed up. The breakfast was great and the bathroom is beautiful.
