        Located far from the center of Milan, with poorer connectivity by metro. The executive room was spacious but that’s it. Being a 4 star hotel, the rooms didn’t have upgraded amenities like other hotels. The staff at the reception were nice but the ones in the bar or kitchen had a different attitude. Didn’t like the hotel policy that they would charge you 6 euros for service just for requesting 2 empty dishes. Have never come across such a policy in any hotel, including other Novotel chain of hotels.

        Overall we had a pretty good stay. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety however we did not like the breakfast food this much, which might be just a personal preference. Besides that everything was great, the hotel is only about 5 minutes from the next metro station which makes it very convenient to travel into the city center. Another aspect that we really liked was the spacious lobby and bar space which made us feel like home and gave us a great place to relax/work or just have a drink. We can definitely recommend staying here especially since the price is very reasonable.

        The hotel was just around 15 minutes by car/25 minutes by public transport away from the city center, really convenient location with subway, buses and tram services close to the hotel. Quiet neighborhood which gave me the peace I needed. Executive Room well equipped and comfortable. Friendly staff at the reception and the bar. Car park at the hotel was also convenient (€1.5 per hour or €17 for 24h)

        Not worth the price at all. There are no 4 star amenities in the hotel. It’s very very disappointing. The room smells like cigar and is not well ventilated. I had to open the window to get some air (thank god it was winter time, i could not imagine if I was here during summer). The carpet is dusty and they say the TV has all sky sport channels but there was only one. Water keeps spilling off the bathroom. A big ZERO star hotel!

        We had a pleasant stay and everything worked as it should. The hotel is well connected by Metro and Tram and only 20-30 min from the tourist sites. The staff was friendly and accommodating, although the room could have been a bit more cleaner. The guest living before us left their food packets in the press. However, the staff removed it straight away once I told them about it.
