I was very satisfied with my stay at Novotel, especially being able to check-in even before the noon, so I could relax and enjoy the city. The room was quite, great sleep, breakfast taste and a cafe/bakery downstairs was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I'm definitely coming back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Novotel. Spacious & very clean rooms. Friendly staff that made sure we were comfortable, at felt taken care off, specially with my two children. Overall a very lovely experience. A great variety of options for breakfast & a very delicious food at the restaurant. Although being full on the weekend it was not at all a loudly place. Parking is available. With lots of options for city access (bus, tram, S-Bahn) just a few steps away. Highly recommend when visiting Bavaria’s capital!

Very underwhelming hotel. Booked two nights during the weekend to visit Munich. The hotel, being officially 4 stars, disappointed us through the entire stay. The staff was all but respectful or helpful. We faced several incidents during two days and the way they handled it was not satisfactory at all. The first morning while in shower I realized that both the shower gel and shampoo were completely empty, I got out of the shower and called the reception to ask some cleaning products. After 10 mins I call again to ask again and they act as if I was annoying them with my request. Had to wait 15 mins and call them twice to get the cleaning products, which should've been there in the first place. They also don't have moisturizer or conditioner, we asked. Another incident we had was a power outage after using the kettle, called again and they took 10 mins to come and turn the electricity back on. Lastly, between the two nights, the rooms were not cleaned and nothing had been changed (towels, which were on the floor). We reported that to the staff again and they smile at us by saying "Is there anything we can do now ?", we just mentioned we weren't happy with the room cleanliness and they didn't apologize or try to make up for it. Very disappointing again. In summary, the staff wasn't great and the price/value neither.

Breakfast, Bed, cleanliness, bath, roomsize, minibar. Everything was fine. Except the room temp which was constantly at 23° and therefore way to warm. Management says due to sustainability reasons the A/C was deactivated. But i rented an air conditioned room on the one hand and on the other hand, reducing the heated room temperature by opening windows (outside it was way colder) has nothing to do with sustainability. And beside that, this reduces the well-being factor quite a lot in the room. You should adjust this!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
