I will hardly stay again on this property. The only thing worth to mention is breakfast. Rooms are NOT clean. As many other hotels in Germany, housekeeping is outsourced. I haven't seen an in-house supervisors who checked the status of the rooms. Towels were changed, but many had holes in it, the floor was not swept. There are no partial switch, either master or all lights off. Only German channels on TV, all foreign channels, albeit regularly listed, were not visible. There is absolutely no attention to status Accor customers. A welcome drink, that's it. I haven't received the feedback link, hence my critics publicly. Mark of the service desk has been nice, the others were lowering their eyes all the time. No, no, no.

Novotel is in a very good location. It is a quiet area, very close to the city center. If you walk for 15-20 minutes you will reach Marienplatz. Altstadt, which means old town, is the center of the city. You will find restaurants, bars, shops and more in this historic area. Back to the hotel, the hotel is clean and well maintained. Most of the staff are helpful and friendly. I mentioned the hotel's restaurant in another post, The Flave, a nice restaurant. Our room was a 20 square meter room with two beds. It was a very stylish, clean and spacious room. It was very good that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. While one was brushing his teeth, the other did not have to wait for the toilet. The only shortcoming of the room was that the lighting was insufficient in the evenings. Breakfast in the morning was buffet (it cannot be said that it had a lot of variety). 25 euro for one person. All meals are free for children under 14 years old. In general, we can say that the hotel was good.

I'd appreciate that the entry to the garage would be wider and not so narrow and more transparency about the garage price (hour- daily- multiday- based). I'd also appreciate a mix sauna as usual and getting reduction offer on the price for frequent customers coming for private reason. For the rest I really appreciate the location, the staff at the desk and at the breakfast area.

Good location with quick access to the subway. The breakfast have plenty of options. In the room it's a large TV screen but the bathroom bathtub is only suitable for short people so I would have preferred to skip the bathtub and instead have a larger shower.

We had to wait for 20-30 minutes after 3 for the check in. Other than that everything is fine. The breakfast was good. The facilities were great, especially indoor swimming pool.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
