I booked for 3 night for a double bed room, almost every day I have a bad experience. First is that the bed is combined with 2 twin beds, well, I still can only sleep in one bed because I can’t even sleep in the combined part, it’s uneven and uncomfortable laying there. On the first night, the fire alarm rang in the middle of the night because other passengers smoke in the room. After the alarm got shut off, someone keep on going in and out the generator room and how I know? Because I stay next to that room and that person slam the door every time he/she went through and when he/she slam the door my whole bed is vibrating and wake up with a fright! On the second day morning before I left the room, I put a “Love it here I’m in” sign on the door handle to let the house keeper know that no need to clean my room, when I return to my room the room was cleaned. So the next day morning, I told the reception center staff to help me inform to the house keeper that my room doesn’t need to be clean, the staff told me if I put the sign outside they absolutely won’t clean it, I told him I did put it yesterday but someone still came in , so he said he will notify them. Guess what? When I return to my room is cleaned again! I don’t know what happen to the communication between the staffs, but this experience is really really bad! I stay in other country’s Novotel and it was very good. This one really disappointed me!

I loved the hotel and how modern it was. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The bed was soft and I had a good sleep for the first couple of days. I liked the wide variety of breakfast options that the hotel has to offer.

The design of the space is simple but young and lively! The location is just right - not too central that it’s crowded, but also surrounded by amazing stores and restaurants. My room also has great view of the Eiffel Tower.

Great location with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower on the street right outside the hotel. Super nice service, private parking garage and luggage storage service available. Unlimited free water. Hot bath water. Close to many great restaurants and shops in this safe and quiet neighborhood. I had really good time here, and will definitely come back again.

Nice location near train station and Metro. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. However disappointed that there weren't any English TV stations, not even news channels. We rented two rooms. One was noisy due to construction next door. Not the hotel's fault and presumably temporary but I would ask for a room away from construction if you are visiting anytime soon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
