Excellent resort. Shopper at the front desk helped us to check-in and check-out. Here are the reasons for why one should consider this resort. 1. Excellent service by their staffs. 2. Swimming pool 3. Walkable distance to the Kata beach. It takes 5 minutes to walk into beach (you know, the beach is very safe for swimming and we all enjoyed) 4. Food is very good (If you are looking for Indian food, it may not have varieties but still you can manage because of the items like Eggs, Fried rice, etc. which are delicious). 5. Room service (You call to front desk, within 5 minutes they will come to you) 6. Very spacious and clean bath rooms 7. Walkable distance to the night market (we happened to visit only one day before leaving, so could not explore more. You will get cheap clothes and fishes to eat here) It may look bit expensive, but it's worth for the money. (If you are not worried about the cost, book this resort for the peace of mind).

We got sweet room it was great until my kids got hands foot mouth from there! 🤦🏻‍♀️ we just went to kids room 10 minutes as I want him to wake up from jet lag. Staff are nice smile all the time. Just only location on the hills is killing if you miss the van from the hotel. They got a van pick up you every hour from the beach. Swimming pool lovely my kids love it. Spa are nice. I wish I could stay at the hotel for a month.

We had an excellent stay at the Novotel Kata Avista. The hotel is really excellent, whether it's the rooms, the spa, the pool, the children's playroom or the restaurant, everything is really good and perfectly adapted for children. The staff are very attentive, from the hotel manager, to reception, room cleaning, spa and restaurant staff, they are very pleasant, very smiley and helpful, and very good with children. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly be back with great pleasure. Before booking, we were afraid that the hotel would be a bit far from the beach or the restaurants, but everything is just a 5 minute walk away and everything is within easy reach. Thank you for an excellent stay and see you soon.

Super family friendly resort. The room was well appointed. Wish it had a microwave (especially when you have little ones). I had mix feelings about the front desk. Some days , the receptionists were super friendly and helpful , then some other evenings they were not helpful at all. They have a kids play room and it’s fantastic for young ones. The pool area for kids was fantastic as my daughter doesn’t know how to swim so it was perfect. The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was the steep hill you gotta climb to reach the hotel. They offer complimentary shuttle van to kata beach hourly , that was a nice touch! I found the staff in the family room for the kids activities not very friendly, surprisingly because they’re supposed to entice kids to play with them. But like I said most staff were brilliant, super nice and attentive . Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Very nice stay. We were always surprised how comfy and well organized the hotel is. Everyone's thoughtful. It is especially good for family stays, there were events for kids, pool is nice. It's easy to stay and relax. Kata Beach is a short walk away, or there's a free shuttle bus. Miss Nate even arranged for a late checkout, our flight was leaving in the evening.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
