Lovely hotel, service was ok. Hotel room was lovely for European standards. Unfortunately my handbag was stolen at the hotel reception with so many people around. I with it had better security to prevent such things. Overall still positive experience desire theft.

We had fantastic experience at this hotel. Right from the front desk to restaurant staff. Especially Jasmine, Federico C. and one more young lady at the front desk, sorry I forgot her name. They helped us with planning tours and also suggested restaurants. Location is also convenient for tourists. And the breakfast menu is also good.

Great hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff, and special thanks to Andrea (Andrew) at the bar. There is a busstop in front of the Hotel and a subway station about 1km away, but can also be reached with the bus and a shopping mall at 500m. I would stay here again for a family holiday or a business stay! When landing on FCO, you can grab a taxi for about 50 euros. We also took a 72 hour public transport pass for 18 euros. Public transport is easy to use and stops at all major landmarks.

Rooms are a bit dated. Cleanliness must be improved (see pictures of dirty floor and sticky residue on countertop next to coffee maker). Breakfast is okay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
