My experience at Novotel Providencia was generally positive. The hotel is situated in a good location and is well-maintained, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. However, a notable inconvenience was the absence of designated parking space for taxis at the hotel entrance, which could be inconvenient for guests arriving or leaving via taxi. Furthermore, while the hotel boasts a nice bar, it closes relatively early at 10:30 pm, limiting the options for a nightcap within the hotel premises. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was satisfactory, with the positive aspects of the location and cleanliness outweighing the negatives.

Nice bedrooms, comfortable beds and clean. it seems not well managed. Breakfast was quite disappointing and dinner at the restaurant too. Staff wasn’t the most friendly.

AVOID I've been with Accor since 2014, between diamond and platinum, spending more than 100 nights a year at Accor most years. I never choose to air an Accor hotels dirty laundry, usually I take it up with management, and keep public commentary limited to niceties. But doing this for Novotel Santiago Providencia would be unfair to others. 1. expect to be made to wait after 4pm to check in to any room. You won't be asked name, or confirm guests status, or prior hotel staff arrangements etc...just a blanket go away and come back at 3pm. 2. Expect to be lied to at reception at 3pm that a room is ready, even when nobody has any clue what is going on. You will see other guests having the same issue. 3. Expect no sleep and regular wake ups for your welcome gift 4 hours later, a fire alarm 4 hours after it was meant to happen, etc. 4. expect your door to be forced open at 8.30am by house keeping, even though her notes should indicate that the room has not, and is not being vacated. 5. Expect the luggage you gave to concierge to get mixed up, and for them to give you someone else's luggage for your tickets. 6..expect to be told by the girl delivering welcome packs that she cannot enter the room announced, but that the housekeeping girl can barge in unannounced. Do not expect an upgrade, high floor etc I've not experienced service anywhere near this bad. And clearly I wasn't the only one. And clearly there was an abundance of staff, but having watched the manager during my check in debacle, she was no help to her staff and exudes zero confidence or knowledge. This hotel has no systems and processes in place. Children could and would run this better. Sadly, I'm only one day in to what looms as an horrendous stay. I must now investigate what looks to be a front door that does not shut fully or lock securely. I encourage others, especially Accor guests, to avoid this hotel and try one of the many others nearby. The clear lack of systems suggest you will almost certainly regret your stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
