We stayed for 5 nights, they never clean the room. The tea cups in the room never changed or cleaned by anyone. We wash them to use again. I marked the door with the clean my room sign, all the do is bring 2 bottle of water to the room and do the beds. No cleaning, no new tea, no clean dishes. They said breakfast over at 10.30 however when you go at 10.00 there is nothing to eat. Everything is removed. Every single time I left my room, the room card doesn't work. Every single time I went to reception and they fix the card. People in reception are nice. The location is good, you will have a nice view. However the service is not that good. I won't come again.

Its not as bad as some reviews say. But not great either. I would say on the lower end of Novotel. The entrance and lobby feel nice and fancy. Room is quite std Chinese hotel, nothing fancy. Not so much a western feel. Construction is pretty much over, and rooms are slightly updated. No more paint peeling off bath wall, they tiled the whole thing. Update i found a slight paint peeling off the ceiling of shower. Its not that big a deal. The view is pretty good. No obstruction to the so called shanghai 3 musketeers. Update: view is awesome on a clear day. Breakfast is pretty big with Chinese and western fare. Its ok and the rotating roof top restaurant has so many obstructions, view from the room is better. Slight musty smell. I will be honest, i wont be here of not for the fact that i needed a few to hit accor gold. This is a prime example of how Accor properties are super inconsistent. It is cheap, FYI brkfst is ¥88 in case a brkfst included room cost more that ¥88 more.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
