I choose to stay here cause there is a shuttle bus to Shanghai Disneyland. They are also provide a shuttle bus service from Airport both to Pudong and Hongqiao to their hotel but must to reserve in advance. There is a convenient store near to the hotel where you can buy some food and local snack. Very Very connivence. Breakfast is very superb and international. I stayed there 2 nights. And I will come there absolutely.

I had an excellent stayed in this hotel. Staffs were helpful. But i spoke mandarin. So its not a big issues for me. The location 20-30 mins by car from pudong airport. 10mins walk to metro trains and costco They provided free shuttle bus to pudong airport , hongqiao railway, disney and the bunds. Room were comfy and had a great sleep . Breakie was ok. Many choices. Standard 4 stars hotel buffet… I didnt have a chance to try the swimming pool and gym. The only downside was the premier lounge which not operated.

The Novotel Shanghai Clover Hotel is a full service hotel with shuttle services from and to the Shanghai Hongqiao airport/ railway and Disneyland. Communication in English with staff is spotty, but management is completely fluent, especially Michael Zhou and Dean Wu. They are very professional and will help when possible. Do get the buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner with your stay. The hotel restaurant is highly recommended and the variety is excellent. Accommodations are good, i.e. room size, shower/ toilet separate, robes, queen bed, safe, very clean. Convinient to local bus lines, subway, and taxi/ ride share. Great hotel. Great value.

Beautifully styled hotel. Our room is spacious. Bathroom is a split area with a large walk-in shower. Breakfast had a wide range of items in the buffet with a mixture of Chinese, Japanese and western items. Hotel location is great for Disney and the airport, but not particularly convenient for sightseeing. Our only issue (but a big one) so far has been that we were required to pay an enormous (4000 CNY) deposit for the room that we had not been informed of before arrival.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
