Standard room 4 stars not really same level as other hotels 4 stars - a bit older, however it's clean. Breakfast buffet is ok. Near airport & metro, i arrived at the time there's big construction next by hotel, noisy & air poluted, walking around is not ok. Receptionist spoke little English, listening ability was even worse, took me time to explain & reconfirm everything. I stayed 6 nights in the hotels but I felt afraid of exchanging with receptionist anytime I have a problem.

In general, the hotel is reasonable. and suitable for ranking. But the rooms were not clean at the level of the equipment. (a dirty and sticky carpet, a stained and greasy armchair, the smell of cigarette smoke permeated everything) and it was very unpleasant to stay in the room. The cafeteria at the entrance is empty of food and drinks and really does not invite and allow sitting. The hotel staff is pleasant and dedicated, the location of the hotel is not suitable for tourism and is empty of options around it.

It's a brand new 4-star hotel, clean and quite. Just because there is construction in surrounding area, you may get a better deal. Easy access to subway, freeway and business districts. There complementary breakfast worth mentioning, it's way nicer than a regular buffet or any buffet in town. Enjoyed staying there.

Had a pleasant stay of 4 Nights. Property is clean & well maintained. Staff is polite. Breakfast spread was satisfactory. Staff was able to speak english. Never got time to try their Gym or Pool. Wish everyone a happy stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
