A nice welcome from the staff. The Novotel was very well priced in Cannes and perfect to our needs. We wanted a room big enough for a family of 3. The small kitch space and fridge was a bonus. We spent most of the days out so didn't try breakfast or make use of the bar. But the small games corner was enjoyed by our 8 year old son. The hotel is around a 10 minute walk from the train station and around 15mintues from the beach. There are two really nice restaurants close by, Cotes Jardin and Gusto Italiani. Very good value for money.

I wish I can rate the services by Zero or less! Terrible front desk representatives! The check-in experience was horrible! an old man at the night shift was responsible about the check-in and he was shouting out so loud!!!!! In a disrespectful way! So disappointing !! It was our first experience and For sure will be the last time! Novotel proven themselves as the worst staff members definitely!! The rooms are below average! primitive..

Not as expected from Novotel!!! Rooms were not so clean, one lift for 8 floors, and many rooms not a very smart decision. The checkout experience was good, location of the hotel is good. However, the bad thing when you ask for towels around 9PM, they tell you come down and pick it up.. No room service for a 4 stars hotel??? Shocking…

ICE COLD AC, Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms cleaned well and prompt. Cold water on each floor by elevators to fill up water bottles. Food markets and pharmacies within 1-2 blocks. Beach 15-25 min walk. Only weird thing is my friends bag was stolen at breakfast. Very weird considering you must be a guest to even be there at the breakfast buffet. Please be aware of local thieves. Overall excellent stay.

In general, it was OK. But there wasn't any room service, even to have a sandwich at 21:00 and in the lobby's fridge were only some yogurt-style desserts, all of the same type. Also, there weren't any slippers in the room. In the corridors the carpets were smelling.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
