My husband, myself and son stayed for one night while en-route from Disney to the coast. We panic booked just a few days before we were due to arrive as the original hotel room / chain we had booked turned out not to be suitable for us. I was worried the room would be noisy as it was so close to the airport and motorway (I’m a very light sleeper!) but the windows are quad glazed and it was very peaceful. The blackout shades at windows were brilliant too. My 8yo son loved the fact there was a bath (with separate shower cubicle too) and insisted on having a bath as soon as we arrived! The room was ever so slightly dated but clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable, shower powerful and kitchen area with mini fridge and coffee machine was a great addition. As a family of three sharing the room we loved how the toilet was separate to the bathroom area. The only downside we found was parking was payable, which i hadn’t noticed in my rush to book a new hotel. But at €16 for the night it wasn’t too bad and was secure as it was underground. This was the second Novotel we had stayed in as a family and will definitely return to the chain.

Overall view: recommended We had a late check-in about 1 Am the process was easy and smooth We had suit in 5th floor, the room was spacious and we had a nice view The separate toilet and shower was plus from our side The breakfast menu was diverse enough, and it has good quality. Only missing item from menu from my view was water. There was no hot meals as far as I understood. The hotel doesn’t have laundry services. Its a ten minute drive from airport.

The room was nice. Good strong shower. But the bar was expensive and the food portions very very small. More issues came in the morning-there were no tables for breakfast for a family of four - multiple large tables had a single person on them and staff didn't seem to care. Only one elevator was working at checkout time and it took fifteen minutes to get our bags down. The shuttle driver (the shuttle is not free and only takes you to terminal 2) was extremely grumpy and threatened to drive off without us.

If you are staying near to CDG Airport it is one of the best hotels. They have shuttle service to and fro from airport for 3 euro per person. Reception people are polite, especially night duty people who are very helpful. Price wise, it's nice, and you are paying what you get, which is security, luxury, and peace of mind. Little away from city centre but the bus stop is next to hotel for airport or city which is 3min walk.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
