You will feel comfortable in this hotel, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I had a problem with my luggage being blocked, they helped me quickly to open my suitcase. The rooms are clean spacious and the bedding is very good quality. I particularly recommend for long stays. Thank you

It's a nice place to stay, The rooms are clean, well furnished and spacious. The restaurant presents delicious meals and the chef serves a good variety in the menu and the staff is very kind especially Noor.

Good hotel with reasonable prices. Comfortable stay. Room service and F&B service is very good. Staff is very friendly especially Mr. Nour Khan he will keep checking if you need anything in the breakfast. Food is good, limited varieties. Bread and baked stuff was not fresh.

Great service from the team at Novotel - everyone is super welcoming and the hospitality is one of the best I’ve had. The breakfast and the restaurant is amazing - I tried the club sandwich from the menu and it’s excellent. The breakfast is a massive spread and the team looks after you especially Nour.

All basic needs are available. I wish the parking had an elevator to facilitate luggage transfer to the hotel, however the porter was helpful and carried it for us. Nour in the breakfast buffet was nice and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
