Lovely room, comfortable stay (except there was no conditioner at all in the shower) , the cafe served us the loveliest dinner. Nice happy hour, enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. The pool area needs shade. The pool itself is too small and it’s just a standard rectangular pool, not resort like at all. Pool was so full we gave it a miss.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour. From check in to check out the staff were friendly and very obliging despite their heavy workload with many guests to cater for around the busy Christmas season. Our room was very clean ; albeit a little old in the shower area but well set out with ample space provided for luggage and our accessories. The room was quiet so we slept well and woke very refreshed. Breakfast was a delight. So many tasty gluten free options for me to choose from and the selection of herbal teas and coffee a delight. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to returning in 2024.

Had a great 9 day long stay at the Novotel on Darling Harbour with my Daughter. It's in a great spot close to transport links and restaurants / bars. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and the room was really clean. Compliments to staff member James on the reception desk and Jake on Concierge. Both staff members, amongst others were extremely polite and helpful. The only thing that would have been more helpful to us for such a lengthy stay would be more hangers and hanging space for clothes! Women don't travel light! Other than that everything else was perfect! We enjoyed a big breakfast every day. Plenty of choice. The meals in the evening restaurant were great and the service was excellent!

The staff at Novotel Darling Harbour were awesome from the concierge and parking to the check in and hospitality staff. The staff sent up a special surprise to our room while we were out and about for our 9-year-old daughter's birthday. Then the restaurant crew delivered another birthday surprise to us after dinner. The room was perfect. Parking was easy and cheap. The location is close to everything in Sydney CBD. See you again soon Novotel.

- We stayed with two kids under 3. I checked in while my husband parked the car and I’m hearing impaired. The woman who checked us in was lovely, patient and kind. She repeated the parts I needed repeating and wrote down key information I was missing and used flyers to point out information. She answered all my questions and even though you were busy she didn’t rush me and was interactive with my toddlers. I wish I’d looked at her name tag properly because she was amazing. The staff we interacted with for breakfast, drinks and luggage were also lovely. - We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and never received a perk, so the arrival of wine, snacks for the kids, balloons etc was a pleasant surprise on our second afternoon and just added a nice vibe to the experience. - Buffet breakfast was great as was the pool and gym. Kids enjoyed the buffet. Kids plates but adult utensils, long fancy forks, so the kids ate with their hands and a spoon. - Room was spacious. - For the first time in 13 months I couldn’t get my side by side double pram through a door - our room door. We had to take the kids out, empty the basket and fold it up to get it in. And the door can’t be latched open so it was a very awkward manoeuvre and a little frustrating each time we returned to our room. It fits through our doors at home so I wasn’t expecting it but we made it work. - Could do with a better shower head.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
