Nice hôtel, Not luxurious but practical, very minimalist in its approach. Rooms are very basic, minimalist with no top luxuries to be found. Clean, quiet at night and comfortable for a nights stay. The hotel bar has no warmth or atmosphere and is located directly in the lobby entrance door… any closer and you would be sitting outside. There is many lounging areas around the lobby to read or relax. A small snack machine is available for late night munchies for a price. If you are planning to sleep during the day forget about it, the cleaning staff are very noisy, talking loudly at each other down the hallway, banging doors and carts non stop in the hallways. The lobby staff are very polite, nice and helpful towards your every need. The area around the hotel is very industrial and a ways away from downtown. The Gym and the pool are very good. You must pay extra for the spa.

I stayed there for 5 nights for a business trip. Impressed with their breakfast spread which I enjoyed during my stay. David was in charge of the breakfast parlour and he was very attentive and had a smile on his face always. A pleasant stay throughout.

I visited the hotel for two nights. it was very clean, quiet and the staff very friendly. I am removing stars from the evaluation because on Wednesday 13/12 we had an early morning flight and we wanted to leave, but we were told that breakfast was not ready even though we had paid for it.

I love kitties ❤️🐱. The room was really nice and all the employees were very smiley and nice 😀. The breakfast was not free, though. The bathroom did not have a lock but was fine. Recommended for families

Went to the restaurant after arriving in Switzerland, Alexandra and Greg were the most amazing and helpful people that we meet. They guided us through the menu and suggested a few of the best meals we had throughout this trip. Thank you so much both of you!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
