There only is a mandatory online check-in for the hotel. This means: Place your personal ID card in front of the laptop camera, exactly in the frame shown on the screen, making sure the light is not too dark, not too bright and in any case with sufficient contrast. Take a snapshot and see if it works (if not, try again). Do the same with the back of your ID card. If the system was able to scan your ID, you will be sent an access code on the day you arrive (so make sure you have access to your inbox when at the front door). For the price charged this hotel still can't even afford to have a friendly and helpful receptionist, just in case you'd prefer to interact with a human being rather than make a fool of yourself in front of a laptop camera by catering to the needs of a capricious check-in process.

The area around the hotel is rough, it's about a two blocks away from a string of low-end casinos and brothels to give you an idea. The room we got had dirty, scuffed up walls with scarred floors. The room had no air circulation and when the windows were open the mosquitoes would eat us alive at night. The balcony had a bunch of cigarette trash and ash on it with gross tiles. Overall it is not good and would recommend going 5 blocks in about any direction from here

Was a good location overall but it was very near a rough neighbourhood :/ Not a good good first impression tbh. Apart from that the rooms were seemingly ok, not to my standards of cleanliness but nevertheless ok. It was quite noisy if windows were open (and believe me you had to open them as it was quite warm inside). Did not have a microwave :/ but had a stove 🤷🏻‍♀️ I did like though the self check in and the shower amenities 👍🏼

Only positive - very comfortable mattress and great water pressure in the shower. NO SERVICE. TV programming very limited and LG menuing System quite annoying

For a one night stay this is ideal. The noise levels from the main street below are next level but that's OK because you have double glazing on the windows. The light coming from the street is horrendous but that's OK you've got roller shutters for that too! All that being said on a hot night its like a sauna😓

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
