Our dining experience was a blend of pleasure and perplexity. The caviar pasta, at 66 euros, leaned heavily on butter and lemon. To add to the confusion, our waitress, not a chef, cooked it in front of us. Despite this, the place is lovely, the waitresses were very attentive, and overall, we enjoyed the dinner. The experience suggests a need for a clearer role division and refined execution given the premium pricing.

Came back after more than a year, still as good as the first times!! Here the old review: The food is amazing! So good that we went back two days in a row. First day service was super good. Second day service was not really polite (that’s why four instead of five stars)

The lady at reception already sets the low standards of the experience of eating at this place. We were having an early dinner (6:30pm) in the outside patio and instead of the relaxing and pleasant atmosphere we were expecting, the place resembled a building site! Waitresses moving tables everywhere, making noise, stressing out and running up and down the whole time. Food is decent, too much salt. This is a pretentious place at best. They charged us more items on the bill, which of course we requested to correct. I would not recommend.

Great atmosphere is this cosy restaurant. Delicious food. Service is chaotic. Too many people to serve. Too fast cleaning up of the table. Very nice terrace

The restaurant's location is superb, and it offers a beautiful ambiance with amazing interior design as well as an inviting outside area. The food was great, and the service was both friendly and quick. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely go again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
