        Great location and amenities. I stayed in unit 103. **The shower in my unit (103) is very challenging to use. The door only opens inwards into a very small shower and essentially you have to twist and turn yourself to be able to fit into the shower. I’m an average sized woman and struggled to get in but anyone bigger or pregnant could not get into the shower.

        I highly recommend staying here when visiting Rome! The accommodation was very comfortable and immaculate. The location was very good close to many sites and easy to get around. The customer service was very good and accomadating and quick response if we needed anything. We got upgraded and were given a late check out!

        STAY AWAY FROM NUMA HOTELS! Numa customer service is horrendous! As I was landing in Rome they cancelled my reservation and moved me to a hotel outside of the city. Then to make it worse, we had to transfer out of this hotel the next day to the original booking, losing 4 hours of the next day of our vacation transferring. And the most frustrating piece of all, we asked if there were lockers at Numa to store our luggage since they made us move locations and were told no and had to pay for our own storage. BUT when we arrived at the hotel there were lockers!!! No front desk support and not even someone in the city who knows what their talking about. And no one to call! Everything has to go through What's Ap . Worst hotel experience I have ever had in 30+ years of traveling. And the location was loud every night as the bars let out.

        Contacted the staff several days before arriving given we were looking for an early check in. We were told we could temporarily store the luggage if the room wasn't ready (apparently paying extra for early check in was not an option either-yes, I asked). So, we arrive in the morning. There is no reception, we were given a PIN to open the door. All luggage lockers are taken. There is no common bathroom. No early check in either. So we were left on our own with 6 hours to spare. I had seen another review with a similar experience. Luckily we had selected a free cancellation option, so we bailed on Numa I Vici and went to another nearby property with better price and early check in available. NOT RECOMMENDED for early check ins. The property also felt awfully small. Rated 2 stars since we never got to see the rooms, but honestly avoid if you have a real lodging option.

        The room was impeccably clean. The cleaners turned over beautifully. The room has everything you need for a city break . The staff are polite and friendly. And straight talking. Plenty of storage . And a safe . The room has a mobile phone you can use free of charge for sightseeing . It has google maps loaded you can also use it to call family etc . The suites are super sell located . They are situated down a dark street but do not see that as a deterrent as many places on Rome are the same .
