Perfect choice for short stay. Great location, just few meters from the metro station. Professional staff and good service. Rooms are larger than the average room size in Istanbul.

Today I went to book a room. The receptionist quoted the rate as 350TL. When I presented my credit card for booking, to my great astonishment he said that 350TL is for cash payment, the rate for credit card payment is 400TL. I haven't seen anything like this all over the world. So I walked out. Very strange.

Very close to Osmanbey metro station and Nisantasi, it seems as if u were entering a textile shop and ...u r. U are also entering the hotel.So it looks like a boutique hotel but the rooms r not. Although the rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable, they lack a touch of beauty and a door chain and DO NOT DISTURB sign. Breakfast is good with fresh from the oven croissant and good black coffee.I spent a night. Enjoy. I didn't want to mention this but it happened again. At 00:45 a man from the reception got into my room while I was asleep using the master key. I woke up and found him in. He apologized and repeated his apology at 08:00. Now it happened again. Another man got in the same way and closed the door. I went down. He apologized. That is really bad, very bad.

Spacious and clean room. It’s very near metro station,1 min walking. The staffs it’s very nice,especially the reception guy Cuvvat.They helped us with everything thung we asked and also they let us do a late chek-in and also late chek out. Really loved everything about this hotel.I totally recommend.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
