        Beware travelers what a scam this place was. I have traveled all around the world and never have I been in a hotel as disgusting as this one was. This hotel smelled like mildew, there was mold all over the shower. The very first day we tried to get our money back and stay somewhere else but the owner wouldn’t give us our money back, so we had no choice but to stay for the two weeks that we were in Istanbul. Totally ruined our trip because no matter how much fun we had in Turkey we always had to come back to this nasty hotel. I just want the travelers to be aware because the pictures are nothing what you see in person. Shame on the owner for charging what he charges for such a nasty disgusting and smelling place. Nobody was ever at the front desk the entire two weeks we were there. It took them five days to bring me an extra bed for my child and I needed two extra beds, they only ever bought one. I asked for the sheets to be changed twice nobody ever came. I never ever write reviews, but this one I just had to, so nobody goes through what we went through. I will attach photos so you can see for yourself.

        This hotel will not keep your reservation for you if you book from before, they will give your apartment to someone else and then when you ask them for your apartment they will tell you that they don't have it and already gave it someone else , this ruined all of my plans and my guests had no room to sleep in , I had to stay in a room with 2 beds by myself and I had a lot of trouble with finding another hotel , I suggest that you refrain from reserving apartments in this hotel.

        Bad service any issues or problems were ignored. Some appliances wouldn't work and when we notified them they didn't do anything at all and took them days to reply.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
