Location is close to the airport and outlet mall! The setup is good in theory but a few things could improve. Bed was the worst and cheapest mattress ever; you expect a lot more for your guests to be comfortable! There’s no self park and valet only which is a turnoff because they expect a tip every time you get your car for you. Which they should just make self park. The pool is okay and little dated and cleaning could be better on removing algae growth from the edge of the pool. Basic breakfast is included.

I loved the time I had spent at the Hotel. The rooms are great and allow us to prepare our on food as well doing the laundry. I love it once I stayed for 12days. Miriam, the receptionist, is really kind. I really liked the way she helped me. It is nice to have a Brazilian here :) She is really sweet. The cleaning ladies and the drivers were also great! Thanks a lot Nuvo Suites :)

Room smelled like musty old swim towels. We should have rejected the room then but we’re tired from traveling. But then No outlets actually could hold plugs in them. Even their own nightstand clock that came with the room. So unable to plug anything into them. So if you need to charge anything you better get used to holding the plug into the wall. $200 for a 2 star experience. Stay elsewhere.

My experience at the Nuvo Hotel was nothing short of amazing, especially while lounging on the pool deck. The outstanding customer service from Gladys and Roberto truly elevated my stay to another level. As I relaxed by the pool, Gladys and Roberto were attentive and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They made sure my sunbed was comfortable, brought refreshing drinks, and even provided sunscreen when I forgot to pack mine. Their friendly and accommodating demeanor made me feel like a VIP. The pool deck itself was a paradise. The stunning views of the city combined with the soothing atmosphere created the perfect escape. It was the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring the city's attractions. Gladys and Roberto's exceptional service on the pool deck exemplified the high standards of the Nuvo Hotel. They truly made my stay memorable, and I can't wait to return for another incredible experience at this exceptional hotel.

Pros: Convenient to Airport, Mall, and Downtown. Nicely appointed rooms with kitchen. Professional Valet. Cons: Rooms are dated and need updating. Hotel tries to squeeze you for everything they can, beware extra charges. No fluent English speakers encountered on staff. Access to room tower is NOT handicap friendly. There is a large heavy door with no automated opening sequence. Hotel only allows 2 people per room to eat breakfast and charges you for any extra. Yes, they have someone dedicated to tracking that when you enter the breakfast area. Internet access was non-functional for the entirety of my week stay and nobody from staff was able to offer assistance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
