The worst hotel of our stay in the USA We booked a triple room and ended up in a dormitory for 4. With cockroaches. And the pool sound system glued to our room window, which doesn't turn off until 10:30 pm and comes back on at 8 am. The room was dirty and old, and the evening staff were very unpleasant (the day staff were great) and refused to change our room. We went to see the manager the next day, who changed our room (a room for 6 when there were 2 of us) and reimbursed us $50 for the night we'd spent... even though we'd paid $350 per night, and refused to fully reimburse us for our first night with the cockroaches. For this price, it's a disgrace to offer such deplorable customer service. Under the pretext that we're in this magnificent part of the Keys, the manager thinks he can do anything, even tell us to go home if we're not happy... Yes, we are unhappy with such a dirty hotel. The breakfast is basic, we slept in a motel where the breakfast was much better right after. Fortunately, this doesn't represent the USA, where we've always been welcomed by great people.

I stayed here last week for 4 days. I’d highly suggest for party people who are quiet, the pool “closed” at 10 but we had no complaints as long as we were not loud. I met lots of friends here and we spend nearly all night out at the pools. I did hear complaints about some of the other rooms having a cleanliness issue and leaks but I had no such issue in room 222. Great location, staff, and lots of great people to meet!

This is a hostel, a guest house. You will room with strangers! ...just so ya know. ☺️ That's why it's so cheap... A very beautiful block of 100-year-old houses enclosed to make this cozy resort. A fun stay, very clean, private toilets/showers. Really nice pool/spa courtyard. Lots of cool sitting areas. An adult only resort so it's quiet - no rambunctious kidlings terrorizing the place. It is in close proximity to all the action; sights, pier front, bars, eateries, shops, museums, and the lighthouse. I recommend it. Especially if you're vacationing solo or a pair.

Our room was filthy 😩. Bed was a bowl. We fell to the middle. Mold on walls, cracked tiles in bathroom floors. Laminate floors were cracked and coming apart at the joints. Breakfast was sparse mostly bread products. No fresh fruit. Nothing was clean. I would not recommend staying there.

We stayed as group of 6 for one night. This is a hostel so don’t expect a luxury stay. The room was nice and the pool area was amazing. Very affordable option near Duval street. You can also rent the bikes. There is a simple breakfast in the morning. We loved our stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
