Me and my family had a great time in nyx hotel. Since it is my sisters bday, the staff were kind enough to make her a birthday card with a complimentary cupcake! Lovely staff, very polite and kind. We have requested adjacent rooms (we have booked 2 rooms) indeed we have. Rooms were very clean and spacious. complimentary biscuits were tasty.. complete slippers and bathrobes.. we requested for extra towel, super fast service. Lovely breakfast buffet!!!! We enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room, very relaxing.. Plus, short distance from soho, convenient!you will never be bored at this hotel, highly recommended 👌

Room was clean and well stocked. Bed was super comfortable and great water pressure in the shower. Overall a fun and eclectic vibe to the hotel and rooms. Staff was the best part though. Very kind greetings upon arrival and Shanice really came through for us a couple times! Much appreciated and would definitely stay again!

I've stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions in 2023 and would recommend it. The staff are consistently friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient for the nearby theatres and restaurants in the evening and a stones throw from Oxford Street shopping during the day. The buffet breakfast features omelettes made to order in right front of you, as well as lovely fresh fruits and salads.

Good location, but disappointing and rude behaviour from reception staff. Basic hospitality is completely absent and it seems this issue has been raised by other guests in the past, without any signs of improvement. Reception staff need to be more welcoming and friendlier, and provide the basic information for what is needed for a hotel stay. It really taints the experience, and you can find much better hotels with better treatment towards guests elsewhere in London.

Trendy hotel with modern-art decor which makes it a distinctive and memorable place to stay. Great breakfast selection for either a hearty meal or light bite. Coffee could be improved. My room was very quiet and comfortable. Bathroom soaps and lotions are from The White Company (Noir scent), which is my absolute favourite! Friendly staff, would come again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
