The hotel location is very good. Right next to central station, but it is quite safe when you walk around, even at night. The room is very clean and has everything you need for the stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My flight is early and I have to leave around 6.30am and they help to prepare a small breakfast box for me ahead of time. Overall very good experience and recommend to stay for the travel again!

AVOID this hotel. As other reviewers have noted there is low security, sloppy check-in and super thin walls. You can hear every step and door move in the hallways. The front desk staff is nice but they also lost my ID. A women by the name of Silvia checked me in and used my drivers license to start the process while I retrieved my passport. I was never given back my license and they are not able to say how or when it was given back to me. The rooms are fine. I did not like the location as there were limited restaurants or cafes open (on a Saturday) nearby. The hotel is quite large and you have to walk through another building to get to your room. It was not a big deal for us as we were only staying one night but I would not recommend this hotel especially for a vacation. If you want to stay near the central station there are many other hotels nearby at similar price points.

Amazing Location right outside Milan central station; beautiful property . maintained; check in was amazingly simple quick & easy ( Thanks again Siliva G ). Great staff out to answer all your questions and assist with your plans in Milan Ms Silvia G is a lead example of what a great service is in the hotel industry should be ; she knows Milan inside out, like must see spots in Milan; restaurants; and more. Never gone to San Siro Stadium by train before , her writing instructions about Metro trains to take ; helpful & to the point. You are truly a valuable guest at this Hotel. Last & most important: For what you pay for ; It is An Amazing value.

I think it is the best value for money hotel in Milan. The hotel location right next to the central station is a huge advantage. The room I had was very clean and comfortable with modern design. The breakfast was so rich and offered plenty of fresh ingredients. But what I think makes this hotel so distinguished, are its stuff, and I would like to mention especially Alex, Silvia and Monica, who are nothing but wonderful!

Rooms were lovely, stayed in a suite after submitting a small bid per night to upgrade. The staff were very nice and they surprised us with a birthday sweet treat in each of the two rooms as we were celebrating a special birthday. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the pillow menu was great!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
