This was such a great and unique stay for my birthday weekend. There’s so much character to this B&B! Breakfast was incredible and you can place your order the night before. There was a pantry that guests can come to get snacks and drinks which was so convenient and a thoughtful touch. We arrived past the check in time but they gave us clear instructions on how to self check in. The parking had a separate garage fob and back door to entire the house. We stayed in the East Suite and it was a delightful stay! We slept wonderfully both nights we were here. The TV remotes didn’t work very well, but we didn’t watch much tv anyway. There was a big closet and a mini fridge and a bottle of water in the room for us. It is also walking distance to Robson Street and quick access to so many incredible foods!! We are excited to stay here again.

Thankfully we only stayed here one night, as couldn't have done another. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, and the breakfast selection and free drinks and pastries in the all-hours pantry were a nice touch. The main house smelt foul as soon as you walked in. We did a self check-in at around 7pm, received instructions beforehand but there was even more to read when we arrived - it was quite overwhelming and could have been a lot simpler especially for a one night stay. Same could be said for the breakfast ordering system - it felt overly complicated to have to tick lots of tiny boxes and certainly not very accessible to anyone who struggles with a lot of information or reading small text. We didn't have any interaction with a member of staff even the morning we left, apart from them bringing over and collecting our breakfast at the table, it felt a lot less personal than I expected from reading other reviews. The room was boiling hot with no fan, we had to have the windows open but had to shut them at night due to noise from what might have been bins or a road that had constant clunking happening outside our window. The shower in our room didn't work, ordinarily we would have complained at the time but we were only there for a short time and didn't want the fuss of moving rooms on the morning of departure.

My wife accidentally booked a room here while on painkillers after a medical procedure. They helped us with a refund and we're understanding and we really appreciate it! We fully intend to come here in the future when we actually mean to come to vancouver :)

Excellent location for bed and breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a kitchenette for drinks and refreshments that is open all the time. Breakfast is served until 10 am and there are two options for the meal. The excellent location of the place allows access to interesting places in downtown Vancouver and also to the train station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
