The room was good, but can get pretty cold at night if you visit in the colder months. There was a constant noise from the bathroom which wasn't pleasant but overall the room was fine. Internet was good. However, the location wasn't ideal for me - it felt unsafe, specially at night. If you're female solo traveler, I'd skip any hotel located in the downtown.

Rooms are small but spotless. The bathrooms are always clean. The people at the front desk are welcoming and very friendly. The area was near to everything. Many tourist and diversity all around. However, no kitchen, no microwave in room, but there was a fridge. No real common area for guest to mingle ir socialize. Internet worked great. Wish the bed was more comfortable 😪 It was hard as rocks. It wasn't too noisy, but there was a bar or a party spot below on the street. In my opinion this was good because people were always around when coming back to the room late.

A decent place at the price however had a few pros and cons. Pros- Affordable pricing. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Cons- No room heating. Walls weren't noise proof. The washroom had broken flush and a non functional hand shower. The location has a number of cafes at walking distance however the streets felt somewhat unsafe. And found more of Indian and Nepalese food than the local Portugese food in nearby areas.

Spacious and clean rooms. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Cleaning service was much better than the hotels I have stayed in. Such accommodation for a great value for money, highly recommend in Lisbon!

First impressions are mixed. Simple, clean, nice staff. Location is quite central, hence is noisy, street packed with people who drink or party. A lot of places around to eat and drink, metro is a few steps, overall good, but Lisbon got very pricey.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
