Fantastic place to stay when in downtown LA. Location is fantastic, very close to metro and bus services. Lots of restaurant options around, as well as a supermarket that's open till 2am down the road. Service and staff are very friendly! Rooms very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

No complaints here! Comfortable room with great AC. Yeah, it's not the fanciest place in the world, but the location is convenient near a 4-way metro station, downtown, etc. Price is fair for what you get. Free basic continental breakfast too is a good start to the day. I'd come back!

I booked this hotel off of Hotwire because it is in pretty close distance to the convention center where my son was playing volleyball. After reading the amenities and reviews, I decided to book. When we arrived we found out that the parking they offer is actually a public parking garage next door for $30/day. Which is fine, but not disclosed. I specifically booked the room for 3 adults, but they gave us 1 queen bed. When I questioned it, they acted shocked and said they would give me a roll-away. Annoying, but okay. (They only have queen, king and 2 twin rooms apparently even though it let me book for 3 adults) The problem was the only place to put the roll away is in the entry way of the room which is directly below the AC unit… that drips water! I tried calling the front desk but the phone doesn’t work… and since we were already in bed for the night, we had to turn the AC off and open the window. Not enough air could come in, so we were warm all night and listened to sirens and honking… Told the front desk in the morning and they said they would fix the air since all the rooms are small and none of them had more space for the roll away. AC did get fixed but they took the remote so we had to ask 2 different employees to find us a remote to turn it on. Lastly, being that we were there for a volleyball tournament, I always do laundry for clean uniforms. They advertise “self service” laundry… but then I asked where the laundry room was, they told me they send it out 3rd party. They offer a laundry service, not self service laundry, just fyi if that’s something you need. The hotel is cute and not a bad location but pretty much no amenities offered in the description are as they are advertised, so be aware when booking.

We chose this Hotel because of the location and price during our 7 night stay. Our room was on the 4th floor which didn't have a nice view as it was up against a back alley and parking garage. At night, the lights from the parking garage were so bright, the curtains didn't help as there was no blinds behind them. The backalley way was noisy in the middle of the night especially on weekends because of loud screaming and conversations from the homeless. The free breakfast was mediocure as there was coffee, fruits, bagels, and hard boiled eggs. The staff was quite friendly but wasn't able to do anything with the minor complaints we had about the room. Unfortunetly, we won't be staying at this hotel again due to our experience. A couple of nights would be fine but for 7 nights as mentioned above is not recommended unless you're on a tight budget.

Great location in DTLA. Rooms are fine. I kinda felt like I was in a Prince video with the decor but other than that beds were comfortable. Also, there is an additional fee for parking at the Hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
