We had a wonderful stay at O Zoli Home. The owners are super nice and the beds are incredibly comfortable. All in all this was my favourite stay in Vietnam. We arrived with the night bus earlier than expected, so I felt really bad for waking up the owner of the hotel with our arrival, but she was very welcoming nonetheless. We borrowed umbrellas for free and the laundry service was good at a decent price point.

A very nice hotel with clean and spacious room. The host is very friendly and will arrange everything for you if you need anything. Location-wise it’s super convenient, there’re numerous restaurants and shops, but you definitely would like to rent a scooter and drive yourself to all those tourist attractions. For price like that I think it’s a steal. The only thing I wish to be different would be the water pressure of the hot water in the bath.

The rooms are super spacious and the bed was really good and huge. The lady who runs the hotel with her family is super helpful and wants to show you the best places in the area. I definitely recommend this hotel. And not to forget the breakfast is good too

honestly my favourite place we have stayed in vietnam the owners where so nice and accommodating booked busses and tours for us laundry was quick rooms where beautiful and so comfortable locating was amazing 10/10

The rooms in this hotel are very clean and tidy. The owner, Linh, is very cute and friendly. She takes great care of her guests' comfort and makes sure there is no inconvenience. And this hotel close to Hoa Lu waterway. If I come to Ninh Binh in the future, I will come back to this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
