Clean rooms. Clean facilities (bathroom, showers). Staff is always available. The hostel is very close to several metro lines, so it's really easy to move from. Nice little living area (TV, couches) and kitchen with utensils. You can also find a lot of flyers with recommendations on what to do (in and near Tokyo on sunny or rainy days). Overall it was a very nice stay. Definitely recommended.

Booked this hostel very last minute when we were stuck in Tokyo for an amazing price. The hostel is very close to the subway/underground and has a really lovely restaurant just downstairs. The room itself was a decent size with space to put our bags and shopping. There was also a minifridge inside the room that we stayed in (2 bunk beds) which was a great bonus. Toilets and showers are very clean and staff were lovely and welcoming. Would actually visit again!

We came twice during our stay in Japan. The room is small but that is to be expected. We had a great stay, the place is exceptionally clean, staff is so friendly, the common area has everythjng you need to make a simple meal and relax. We slept very well, the rooms are quiet. Pleasantly surprised by a free phone that allowed us to navigate the city without having to pay for roaming. We loved this place!

Great staff and a very very clean hostel, lovely facilities and very useful local information. Shared bathrooms were absolutely immaculate. The staff really helped my friend get to see a doctor when she needed, as well as helping her post a letter. Having a ‘handy’ phone in the deluxe rooms was an amazing bonus for free WiFi hotspot while out and about. Less than 1minute walk to supermarket and 7/11. Only drawbacks are it’s distance from the tourist centre of Tokyo, having a charge to use towels and the early check out time of 10am.

Not located in city centre but it's near Tokyo Skytree. In fact, I can see the Sky tree from my room window! The property is not that easy to find especially in the evening because there is no clear & bright signage. The building is not parallel to the neighbouring building. There is metro station nearby. Convenient store is right opposite. Nearby got shops selling fruits & vegetables. There is also a shopping mall near the Sky tree station. Room is clean though small. Can't open the luggage completely on the floor 😅 small flat screen TV & hair dryer is given in the single bedroom. Shared shower room & toilets are clean with basic toiletries provided. Common area is comfortable. You can cook in the kitchen. Staff is friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
