The rooms are cozy but very small. The lounge and kitchen are useful for travellers who want to eat because you can't eat in the small rooms. The hotel is near the subway station. There are lots of low-priced meals in nearby stores and restaurants.

Inexpensive, yet we got a lot from this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room looks new and clean. For a 2-star hotel, I am surprised to find the amenities that they could offer. The hotel is close to a subway station and to small stores and restaurants. I think it’s located in a residential neighborhood, so the place is not at crowded as in other parts of Tokyo.

Rooms are clean, service is excellent and you have great connectivity by subway. On top of that it's inexpensive. The area has some nice restaurants and Izakaya as well Nothing you can do wrong here.

This is my favourite Hotel whenever I'm visiting my family in Tokyo. I've been here almost every year from the day it was open since 2018 & until now. Ms Yumina is very dedicated staff, Thank you for your warm hospitality. But there's 1 Uncle staff sitting at reception and he is not so friendly when I asked him some questions about Tokyo. Overall, the location is super convenient!

I checked into the hotel on September 7th and returned on the evening of July 8th to find that the luggage wheel was broken. Due to the limited space in the hotel, I consulted the front desk to see if it was damaged during cleaning. The front desk definitely said that the janitor wouldn't touch our personal belongings, and he didn't even verify with the janitor and directly denied me. When I went out this morning, the box was in good condition, but upon returning, I found it damaged and immediately went to the front desk. He left me alone at the front desk with a bad attitude. And at the beginning, it was said that there was no surveillance, but after several attempts, I only showed me a screenshot. The attitude of the hotel front desk is very poor. The cleaning staff damaged the guest's luggage, and the front desk directly denied me without verifying the issue. This accommodation experience was very poor, which made me feel very disappointed and discriminated against. I hope the hotel can improve the quality of its employees and not let such things happen again. I also need to reflect the facts and let everyone see this matter.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
