I would say their service is really good, staffs are so polite and helpfull. Its location is great, there are many nearby ATMs from various banks, only 7 minutes walk to Blok M MRT Station, and it's close to famous Blok M street food of Gultik, Sate Sambas, Bubur Ayam. The thing that they need to massively improve is their rooms, I could see some dark stain on the blanket.

It's the worst hotel I've been. Everything is so masing. Take a long time to check in. They have an unprofessional front office who working very slowly and make problem with additional breakfast. The room is not bad but smells not really good.

This hotel exceeded my low standards of low for hotel. Where do I start. Upon entering the room we were welcomed with a huge drop stain on the ceiling, moving to the bed, there were stains of oil (?) And later some other stain I don't wanna know. When we came to the room, no towel was present so we requested it, which took half and hour to fulfill the request. Amazing. And later at night we just realised that we weren't given a towel mat. Aaaand to top it off! The parking was super small but the security refused when I want to give my keys. I was woken up at 11.30 pm (when I was just started to sleep) because someone was trying to pull out of the parking lot and my car was blocking. AND AT 2.30 PM I WAS WOKEN UP ONCE MORE!!!! Never again I will try this hotel. Hey for 400++/night I can still get a decent hotel with way better service.

When I visited before the COVID-19 pandemic, it was clean and well-maintained. However, now it seems that the lack of maintenance has led to leaks on the ceiling, giving it a yellowish appearance. The bathroom is not clean, and overall, it's disappointing compared to my expectations.

So sorry for my friend, I choose the wrong place til make you in worst mood to be here. The hotel looks good from the front. to be honest the staff is very friendly and quick to solve problems. But really all the stuff is not good. Sink stuck, shower broken, and not well prepared, with that price is not totally worth it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
