        Three members of our family stayed in a double sea room view just after Xmas....it was absolutely stunning! The rooms had clearly just been newly renovated and were very stylish (without being hotel bland) and also notably the SIZE of the rooms was fantastic. The location and views from the roof top restaurant were unbeatable. We would most definitely love to stay here again :)

        I was informed that my 3 night stay would not have room cleaning which I think is ridiculous. The ocean view is literally looking at trees and ocean can barely be seen. For this to be considered a 4 star hotel the services provided seem pretty poor. I’d recommend shelling out a little extra to get a bigger hotel that offers actual services. If they marketed as a 3 star hotel I feel like what was provided would be more accurate.

        A bad experience. 1. We got a different room from reservation at the very last minute, which is much smaller and below expectation. 2. The manager try to compensate with drink vouchers for us first. But its value is way lower than the price difference between the room we reserved and what we actually got. It really made us doubt their sincerity. 3. Bad cleaning condition. There were even bloodstain in the unused towel. TERRIFYING. 4. No cleaning services in the bedroom. Are customers supposed to take out our own trash everyday? Then what is the point of living in a hotel??

        It was a pleasure to have spent 3 days in this lovely hotel. The staff helpful and were crucial making this stay so comfortable for myself. The next time I visit Cairns, I'll be picking this one as number one stay

        The room was basic, but clean and decently appointed. Staff were friendly and immediately addressed the minor issue I had with their streaming service. Overall I'll be coming back, the location was perfect and the restaurant on to of the hotel was awesome.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
