        We enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Oaks on Collins and we must say it was conveniently located in the heart of the CBD. The lady who checked us in was super friendly and accommodating, the studio was spacious and the city view was amazing. The bathroom was a little small, but the size of the studio made up for it! We would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

        Staff were friendly and helpful, location was great. Room was satisfactory but the air conditioning was very good. Bathroom was on the small side but it did for us. If you are looking not to spend a lot of money on a hotel during peak season stay here.

        I stayed for 2 nights and found staff to be friendly and helpful. My self contained suite was on the18th Floor with a balcony overlooking the city rooftops. Staff were very quick to resolve a noise issue coming from the floor above on my first night. Very enjoyable stay.

        We enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Oaks on Collins and we must say it was conveniently located in the heart of the CBD. The lady who checked us in was super friendly and accommodating, the studio was spacious and the city view was amazing. The bathroom was a little small, but the size of the studio made up for it! We would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

        Rooms were great, better than I expected. Facilities included a kitchenette and a nice but small bathroom. Staff were helpful and responsive, parking offered nearby at a reduced rate. The room had a small balcony which was a plus. Rather noisy, but being in the middle of the city that was unsurprising.

        First it’s the stains all over the bed. They were able to give us another room, which also didn’t differ much in terms of cleanliness as there were stains too. So basically they did not get new sheets, and got theirs from somewhere cheap. Maybe some other hotels threw them out？ Then they said we did not have the housekeeping option when we booked, so if we wanted it we would have to pay more, and we were staying 4 nights. Oh so now housekeeping will incur extra charges? What’s next? Soon they will charge extras for toilet paper, water/electricity, bed too maybe? Why not give customers just the floor next time, and everything else will have extra charges? Get your head right on the idea of what a “hotel” means. Don’t be like those big corporations cutting corners trying to be smart, and try to cheat customers out of these basic hotel services. Disgusting. First and last time.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
