Not bad at all. Great location, super close to parliament train station and tram. Room is a bit old, but very spacious. Have everything you need, bed is ok. Again very spacious!

Rooms are ok...a bit on the noisy side but I've stayed in worse. They're roomy and the beds arent too uncomfortable though the pillows aren't great ar all! The baths are elevated and slippery even with bath mats. A colleague ended up with an injured foot & i got bruised when the bath mat moved. My shower also was dodgy but they moved me to a new room. There was only 1 lift working so that slowed things down for most of my stay but thankfully the 2nd lift got fixed towards the end. Service was always friendly but the desk was always super busy.

Rooms are large, clean and serviceable if dated and a bit tired. Couldn't get the washer/dryer to work but could just be me. Only one lift working for a 28 storey building. Service schedule didn't happen as advertised but did happen. Good location for theatres, Chinatown, Lygon St.

Superb location, easy access to Melbourne's amazing food, coffee and theatres, friendly staff and decent rooms. I'd have liked the rooms to be a little nicer but the kitchen and living areas were great and balcony view from the 27th floor was spectactular. Overall I rate the Oaks on Lonsdale as excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
