We booked the hotel for 3 adults 3 nights including breakfast but the room was setup for only two people. fridge was broken and We had 2 days room with out fridge. Every morning in breakfast area they hold us and doesn't allow us to get in.i talked to staff but every morning was same issue. In bath room was only shampoo. Service was terrible. Hotel parking was very small and most of passengers had issue with parking. We park our car in different parking and have to walk 15 minutes every time to reach to our car. Unfortunately I complained and they said manager is on holidays. He calls you as soon as he backs from holidays.but never happened. I spend 1700 dollars and throw my money in the bin. Never ever back to this hotel and not recommend 😒

I stay here for 4 nights with 3 teenagers . The room fits well for 5 of us. Full grown adults with a paid extra bed. The hotel Has no concierge or bellboy. You need to carry your own luggage up the staircase from the front to the lobby. I feel that they could have provided the full service with full housekeeping. Its misleading how the room was sold for full housekeeeping then confirm as no housekeeping.

Had a broken fridge when we checked in but the staff was very polite and patient. We were moved to another room and it was a very smooth experience. The receptionist also pointed us to where to go for attractions. The breakfast is quite heavy though as it uses alot of fatty foods and fried foods. Still worth the $25.

The room was very comfortable, for the price you couldn’t ask for more. It had everything I wanted a kitchen, bathtub, swimming pool. Absolutely amazing! Restaurant downstairs nice choloclate martini was not to be missed! 😛😃👍👍

My stay here has been great so far! Reception staff are so kind and friendly, their customer service is exceptional. The location is perfect - walking distance to many tram and train stations, and plenty of food options that are also walking distance! Rooms are clean and the kitchenette has everything that I need. Bed and pillows are also very comfortable!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
