        Dear Oakwood Management, I’d like to say big thank you to Devi (Front Office) for providing me such an amazing and excellent service today! I arrived quite late in the afternoon and when I arrived at the counter, Devi greeted me with the most genuine smile 😊😊😊 I have been having quite a bad day since morning but when I saw that; it just quickly brightens my mood. Thank you Devi .. you really made my day! 😍 Very fast check in process too! LOVE IT! Then there was a slight problem when we got into our room; there was strong smell of smoke from people smoking. Called down to reception and Devi sorted it out right away and got me a new room in 10 minutes! 😍 She personally went up and fetched me to view the new room and made sure I was happy with it. All I can say is this stay is very personal to me and I definitely will come back to Oakwood and for sure will get my family and friends to stay here this coming July. I really appreciate Devi for her exceptional customer service; she truly deserves a raise and promotion. Oakwood Management, please take care of her because I think she’s a rare gem in the hospitality industry. Thank you, and looking forward to seeing you again in July! Warm Regards, Novita

        No one should stay here. There is a restaurant to play loud music until 1am, which makes the floor shake. You never get great sleep in this hotel.

        Well, well below the oakwood standard. I usually stay at Oakwood kuningan but was fully booked so decided to try the one in mega kuningan. Rooms are a strange layout. The cupboard door wouldn't close so the light from the cupboard was on all night. The breakfast is a joke. There is a room that reaks of smoke and is air conditioned, or there is a the lobby area which was not air conditioned, was easily 28 degrees. So options are smoky room or sweat. I have to say I have never been to a quality hotel chain that has people smoking in the indoors breakfast area. Food options were terrible, no pork options like at the oakwood, no egg station which even basic 3 stars have, order two fried eggs took 15 mins to cook and when they came they were very, very overcooked. Very poor, a stain on the oakwood name

        Unfortunately rooms are very old and not well maintained. Not very clean and different experience than as advertised online.
