My family really enjoyed staying here over the past few weeks while our house was undergoing a makeover. All the staff are genuinely friendly and sincere in making us feel welcome and at home. The two bedroom apartment is beautifully furnished and well maintained. The daily breakfast spread (weekdays only) is fairly good and the morning greetings by the breakfast staff certainly has helped to brighten up the day! Even though I have checked out well before my birthday, the staff still cared enough to greet me with advanced birthday wishes plus a nice bottle of wine and a souvenir some chocolates! Just want to give a shout-out to the front desk people (Mr Rueben, Ms Sobbana, Ms Komathi n Ms Renugha) as well as the service crew (Mr Harry, Ms May n Ms Bing Bing). Thanks a lot for going out of your way to make our stay there a really pleasant one!

Oasia Residence is a hotel in the West Coast area. West coast park & beach is beside to it is a more advantage. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly its swimming pool, providing a refreshing escape from the city's heat and a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. One of the biggest advantages of Oasia Residence is its location. Being walkable to a 24-hour McDonald's is a huge plus, ensuring you can satisfy your hunger any time of the day. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to other dining and shopping options makes it even more appealing. The rooms at Oasia Residence are spacious and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring you feel welcomed throughout your stay. This is a pet friendly hotel. Some years ago, enjoyed a very pleasant few weeks at this hotel. For guests who are not too demanding in terms of transportation, consider this hotel. The hotel is not close to the centre of Singapore, but the setting is relatively peaceful and the surrounding area quiet. In terms of local transport facilities in Singapore, it is quite convenient to stay anywhere in Singapore. The service in this hotel is moderate. I would choose this hotel again if the opportunity in the future and would consider recommending it to friends.

Had a pleasant time here. love the high rise view. Park is close by , good morning sun and quiet evening walks. Love the room very spacious can fit a family of 6. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
