great place to stay. for the entrance a bit weird for the first time we reached the location. just drive in and touch your TNG and go to the lift and you'll see hotel reception. self check in but the staff are available at the reception. for the room all okay and yet many reviewers say its not soundproof, yup I agreed. overall it's a great place to stay👌🏻

4 Nights stay there, overall satisfactory. Price is fair or can say cheap. The room is a bit worn, but overall, it is clean. Js not sound proof, I can heard morning alarm from next door. About service, they hv common problem like other budget hotels hv. They will room service every single day, disregard whether u didnt place out the room service card. Do not disturb card I didnt try b4. So far, what I experienced is that they js change n tidy up the bed, top up toiletries n pantry, and clean up the room. Items that I remain there they didnt move it or touch it at all, unless it is on the bed. Hotel location not so walking friendly, no restaurant or convenient shop nearby, but they hv cafe downstairs. Recommendation? Yes, if u are not so picky.

A perfect deal for a budget hotel for an overnight stay. The over ambiance is cozy and there is a chill out place which looks quite relaxing. The staff is absolutely helpful upon check in. There is a self check in kiosk, which you are assisted by the staff. Room and bathroom are basic but clean. The blanket is thin but old, would be excellent if it’s replaced with a new set. Free indoor parking is the best facility. Hotel is not easy to find but you are required to take a life to reach the lobby which is not difficult, the instruction is clearly displayed at the lift button. Overstay is simple and basic, recommend for only-sleep stay.

The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was okay for one night stay. It has a covered parking for cars and bikes, with security guard patrolling the compound. However, the soundproofing is very bad. We could literally hear people walking and talking from the other rooms and the corridor. Cleanliness I’d give 3/5 - the AC was dusty but gets cold quite quickly, windows looked absolutely terrible (but they were cleaning the windows the next morning). The bathroom was okay, although they could do an extra job in making sure it is spotless. Overall, if you’re not a fussy person for a one night stay, then this hotel is good to go for the price you pay.

Came in with decent expectations, but ended up largely disappointed. Location - The vicinity looks quite old n secluded. It's on the opposite side of a school. Parking - It's a shaded indoor parking: a plus. But the exit boom gate was open (out-of-order?) when we checked out: a minus in terms of safety. Lift-to-Lobby - The carpark was on the ground floor, while the lobby n rooms are at the basements. So the lift becomes part of the lobby entrance. But we're shocked to find the floor mat of the lift torn n broken. It wasn't welcoming at all. Check-in - The self-check-in kiosk is a good point. Fast n convenient. Staff was helpful with the check-in too. Room - Felt a bit dirty. The bedsheets felt a bit sticky/not-clean. The soundproofing of the wall is bad. We can hear people's voice & loud banging of the door from our neighboring room. The shower head also wasn't working properly. And the worst is: We were shocked to find a cockroach resting on the floor in the morning. Wifi - No complaints here. It's free n working. Overall - My worst experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
